Born in 1962, Çinici received architectural education at METU and at Architectural Association in London (AA Grad Dipl 1991). He has received several awards in national and international levels such as, 4th National Architectural Award for the design of Isparta Recreational Center, 1995 Aga Khan Award (with B. Cinici ) for the Mosque of The Turkish National Assembly, 1999 Tepe Architectural Foundation Award for Architecture. He has been invited to international exhibitions and events including ‘Traces of Centuries and Future Steps’ within  2013 Architecture Biennale  and ‘7 Architects – 7 Hills’ organized by WAC in 2008-2009. Çinici has been taking part as a studio critic and jury member in Graduate School of Architecture at Bilgi University since 2007. He currently practices within Çinici Architects.
