A graduate of the Ecole Spéciale d'Architecture de Paris, a specialist in Aquatic Architecture, REJEB Lotfi completed his studies with a stint at the Conservatoire d'Arts et Métiers de Paris (CNAM) for an engineering training in civil engineering and building, and opened his agency in 1987 in Rambouillet. In 1997 won the competition for a residence at the Berges du Lac in Tunis and at the same time set up a branch in his native country. He teaches at ENAU (the National School of Architecture and Urbanism of Tunis) then at UTC (University Tunis Carthage), He gives many conferences and becomes International Expert trainer at GIZ and National Expert approved by ANME. Its areas of expertise cover Eco-construction and bioclimatic architecture in new constructions or restoration.  His strategic and prospective analysis of projects is enriched through his experience in the cycles and training sessions he led on behalf of GIZ and ANME and which were intended for architects and engineers experts-auditors private or belonging to the public service, training courses that relate to essentially the notion of thermal comfort and air quality, ventilatory architecture as well as the choice of materials and their implementation, within the framework of sustainable development. His references both in Tunisia and internationally have concerned various residential projects, hotels, culture and leisure, industry and tertiary, university, urban planning and aquatic architecture.
